The Birthday Memorial Day Weekend Update

The Memorial Day weekend has come to an end, which also means that Angelica is now officially TWO years old.

We had a blast at her birthday party. It was a completely full house, complete with five kids age three and under, plus a five year old, which means Angelica had lots of kids to play with! The kids who came were my niece and nephew and Scott's cousins, which means they were all Angelica's cousins in one way or another!

The kids all seemed to get along really great, even though Angelica hadn't seen Scott's cousins since September last year. She totally lead the pack, running around in the front yard, in the rain, yelling CAN'T CATCH ME! CAN'T CATCH ME! Our across the street neighbor saw all the kids going crazy out there and brought over bottles of bubbles, which was a HUGE hit!

I think pictures tell a better story, but I haven't downloaded them off of the camera yet. Hopefully tonight I will get the chance to do so because I know there are some REALLY adorable photos.

This weekend being over also means that we are completely moved out of the old place, with the keys turned in. THANK GOODNESS. That's one less (huge) stress off of our plates, no more running back and forth trying to get things done. We now only have one residence to deal with.

If this post seems out of sorts, it kind of is. Mommy (me!) worked HARD this weekend to make a successful party and get the old place cleaned out...I'm running on little sleep and lots of coffee!
