I gained.

It's only a pound, so I'm not beating myself up too hard. I have been on my feet running around pretty much every evening, and all weekend (the pool, the chasing the toddler around at Monkey Joe's, etc) so it's not a lack of exercise. It's an eating problem. I ate way too much of all the wrong things this week, and drank tons of soda and no water, and it showed on the scale.
Now that the moving out of the old place/getting fully moved into the new place issues are resolved, and I'm starting to get into a new routine with Angelica as far as evenings/dinner time goes, I should now find myself less stressed at the end of the day, which means I should be able to work in some exercise! This will all change in a month when Scott is no longer working until midnight or later every day, and will get easier from there.
But I need to get started now. It'll give me more strength and energy to get through the tough time where I'm essentially a single working mom.
Fingers crossed that next week I post some good results!

I broke even this week. The beginning I was losing, then I gained what I had lost the first few days of the week. It's a little frustrating. But I can look at the past week and know exactly what happened and when I fell off the path. Hope this week we can all stay more motivated!!
