...the time, that is.
I haven't done much blogging about McFatty Monday lately, mainly because I am a huge slacker. Today I weighed in at 250.2. Kind of depressing that I've gained 8 pounds in just about a month. I have nothing to blame that on except for myself.
The good news is that I can only go forward from here. I need to stop being a wuss and actually go running again. I am a native Floridian, my heater has been running every evening since it started to dip into the 50s and I struggle to get out of bed each morning to get ready for work...much less get up early to run. To my credit, I did something to my knee the last time I worked out and it has been pretty sore since then, but I don't think it's an injury so much as it's the cold weather. (My knees always get sore when it's cold.)
Anyway, I hope all of you who are still doing McFatty Monday had a much better week than I did! :)

If you makes you feel any better I'm in the same boat. I seriously need to get back on track. I'm having a heck of a time maintaining what I've lost.
