Belated McFatty Monday - Week 3 Results

Since this weekend/Memorial day were so full of busyness, I didn't get to post a McFatty Monday. So maybe this is McFatty Tuesday?

Anyway, it's another week of maintenance. (Okay, not quite...I was 252.4 last week, this week I'm 252 even so I guess that's a loss? I usually round up or down though so I consider it maintenance.) I only exercised once last week...although, I was running around like mad getting the old place cleaned out and preparing for Angelica's party that I grabbed a lot of "on the go" food. And the cake and ice cream at the party. Oops.

Not so bad though. I'll take breaking even if I have to. This week, maybe, just maybe, we'll see another true weight loss!

There is nothing wrong with a maintenance week here and there. And really, it was a loss. :-)
