Three cheers for three pounds!
I kind of felt like I lost some weight this week. I'm really happy to see the numbers going down!
Now it's time to review my goals for this week:
- Don't drink your calories! (One glass of orange juice, and one cup of coffee with splenda and creamer excepted) - managed this so far today, drinking some water right now as we speak!
- Start food journal - fill it out at LEAST three days. - Filled out for breakfast and first snack today!
- Start exercise - work out at LEAST three days for 30 minutes/day. Hopefully will do this tonight!
